Launch of Our New BASICS® Program

We are pleased to announce the immediate availability of our BASICS® Program. Your benefits from use of this program are two-fold:

#1. You can offer your customers a line of granite that comes in selected colors at very competitive pricing while continuing to enjoy the overall quality you have come to expect from Prescott Stone.

#2. In the BASICS® Program, we itemize optional upgrades, products, and services (see below) that we routinely included in our previous pricing. You can now include only the options that are important for your job. For jobs that do not include any optional upgrades, there will be substantially less paperwork!

Please note, even our BASICS® granite job is detailed with the highest Prescott Stone standards! We will NEVER use separate strips of stone at the sink or cooktop areas (as it creates additional seams and performs poorly over time). We will NEVER put a seam in an inside corner. Our site seams will ALWAYS be no more than the industry standard of 1/8”. We will ALWAYS use our in-house installers who will show up on time, are courteous, and uphold the standards of our owner while working under his direct supervision.

Selecting optional upgrades for your granite can raise it to the elite level. Many different options make your project stand out from the rest! Select color- and grain-matching along with a consultation with our talented sawyer to establish your layout preferences and achieve the best visual result. Does your design have a long run of countertop? Select the Factory Seam® upgrade and everyone will be WOWED when they walk into the room! Does your customer require just the right slabs? Select the upgrade of a material selection trip to an international vendor with our owner who has 15 years of experience. Is there a raised bar with a substantial overhang in your kitchen plan? Select the custom steel supports upgrade to provide for your customer’s safety and to allow more legroom. Don’t want to worry with the maintenance of the granite? Select the Annual Sealing Upgrade Service along with the One Year Comprehensive Warranty, including up to three follow-up visits.

A stunning kitchen renovation in Chapel Hill, designed by architect Steve Clipp (929-7838). These homeowners, with European taste, required a light granite that would remain understated and not darken the room. Shivakashi granite was the selection, and the outcome, using our Factory Seam® System, was spectacular!

This stunning Vyara granite was specified for the Recreation Room of this Orange County home. Note the Prescott Stone signature curves in the front and back of the sink. The layout was done so the grain and direction of the countertop granite flowed up the wall of the backsplash.
